Bodybuilding Using Epigenetic’s
I am an admirer of the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton with his work on Epigenetics. The knowledge shared couldn’t have come at a better time for my family. When I was watching his exceptionally informative video, I realized I had been making connections in various ways to the self-evident fact of this science all of my life.
Epigenetics Explained the Past
It explained why I couldn’t duplicate my ancestors’ strength though I shared the genetics but not the environment. As a result, I have spent a lifetime with guilt at not being able to perform in the excellence of the past. Stories I associated with greatness. Consequently, the most apparent difference my life has been filled with trauma. Most Importantly, in a world opposite to the community that once was part of my heritage.
The inner belief we were all made to be people of excellence with the inheritance of overcoming all adversity has steered my course. However, the life raft of hope that our cellular biology confirms this is exciting. Creatively using my design knowledge, I started thinking in terms of redesigning the “INterior” space of my home. The TYTAX room, and every personal environment that pertains to my life. One of the reasons I was successful in a highly competitive affluent interior design field was my intuitive use of environmental factors. I unknowingly at the time-integrated Epigenetics in the design process.
What about combining Bodybuilding and Epigenetics Science?
Today as I was reviewing the video. I was reminded of the correlation and thought, “What about integrating the knowledge of Epigenetics into the Bodybuilding protocol?” If you take how an average person works out. They turn up the loud hard rock and proceed to go through the motions of creating eustress. If you listen to the lyrics of some songs of pump motivation they incite a distress response to bio-hack the adrenals.
The object is to create a “culture of fitness” supported in the home.
My new experiment starts today. I am going to redesign my family environment. Based on the cellular factors of nutrients and add the co-factor component of repurposing every space to stimulate a new response. I want to see how sound science, subtle energy science, color science and every other attribute I can put into the mix. Such as clean air purification system to promote better oxygen for cell growth. I am looking at my house and saying how can I make my cells grow super active and healthy.
What can I do to make my workouts grow my brain? Well, I could have a course going in the background for my subconscious mind to review and change the type of music. Maybe for cardiovascular exercise use Native American drums and rhythm instruments with no words. If every step I take is purposeful to aiding my intelligence and cell vitality, then life starts to become intriguing.
Important Questions
How do we make our blood more oxygen-rich while working out? Air purifier, supplements, and specific visual stimulus have been shown to increase blood flow. However, there’s plenty of knowledge in the world. Incorporating the right fit of wisdom for the need is the genius quotient. I will document what I discover as a result of my quest to define Bio-Interior Design in my own life. I define Bio-Interior Design as individually working with your very own code. Purposefully to manifest using the physiological knowledge of Epigenetics a deliberate personalized home, gym, work, environment for health benefit.
My TYTAX room is now getting a living wall a vertical garden for green air purity with plant influence — a beginning to transition from where I am now to where I am determined to experience.
