BREATHING POWER | BREATHE FOR SUCCESS
When was your first memory of holding your breath? As a child, I would play breath keep I thought it made me more stealthy. I would clench my toes in the soft grass and try to be so silent as I traversed my world. I didn’t even realize I was doing one of the most beneficial exercises for my body. Intuitively it was part of me the breath, the movement, and awareness. Challenges came leaving their mark. Now as an adult I am relearning that significant inhalation, pause, exhalation, pause synchronicity that shifts stress and consciousness.
BREATHE
Most people think I breathe in and out, so I must be doing something right. After all, I’m alive but are you living? Are your cells getting the maximum amount of energy from the way you breathe? Something to think about because out of the 25,000 to 30,000 average breaths in a day most are not getting full impact due to stress habits. In strength training, the technique is essential to safe and full body benefit.
Guess what there are techniques in getting higher octane stamina with results-oriented breathing. Conscious breathing is adding evidence-based knowledge to a new awareness of lifestyle. Creating a new wave of intuitive follow through with body and mind. A whole new world of discovery that adds dimensions of value to every part of life.
