URBAN ATHLETE
Are you an Urban Athlete? The definition for an athlete is a person who is proficient in sports and other forms of physical exercise. We associate the term with the most prominent sports. The lifestyle of an athlete is always synonymous with sports. For instance, “What game do you play?” However, not everyone plays in a competition to show their passion for being fit.
What about the person who makes life their sport using athletic mind tactics? The ones who do weight training at home? How many times have you heard someone say, “Oh I am not an athlete I like to exercise and keep fit.” Well, guess what? Your sport is life body performance. The word for those individuals is Urban Athlete a new concept from an old pattern of life.
Times past entire civilizations needed to have many skills of physicality to survive. Consequently, every man, woman, and a child did sports. Health was the priority for the challenges of adulthood. Has our physiology changed? We need to grow into a physically advanced urban culture. Find the path to longevity. Because statics say, we are dying in a war with something. I think it’s ignorance and laziness.
History Written By Enemy
Hollywood has people believe anything that they can cast for a dime. However, the reality of life on earth isn’t a movie easily sold. Think about how much of history is mostly written by the enemy of a people? Too much and nearly all, unfortunately, those looking to justify in the written record a great injustice. Wrote they were just. Here is the framework of movie inspiration, not a physiological reality based on how people lived daily.
It is self-evident based on the time that it’s unsustainable to build a culture that isn’t coded to be an Urban Athlete.
The body needs the mold of Champion strength training to give it the drive to strive for longevity. We need a clear motivated community that appreciates the virtue of athletic endeavors, competitive sports. Without the enhancing benefits of an active life, there’s disease, dysfunction, and early death — crippling aspects that diminish vitality.
We Were Made to Live Strong
The body was made to perform with ongoing vitality every year of life. Women more than men were not made physiologically to be sitting all day. It ruins the pelvic floor. We were made to be continually moving in purposed activity. Rest sip and savor some tea chat then up and going. Thankfully, this is how our bodies were meant to thrive.
New Approach to CEO
My new approach is to do a certain amount of work then I get up to workout on my TYTAX. I begin the RM option to row myself into a full range of motion. I use the break to put me back into an active state. It’s so easy to get caught up in the routine of a day. I’ve started standing to realign my posture. Throughout the day tighten use core reinforcement techniques.
We will be happier as individuals with the family with a more steady active lifestyle. Therefore, I decided to stop being part of the chair society at home. Instead of sitting for long periods I change the way I work. It requires creatively adapting to our biomechanical need to move in best strength conditioning. Using ingenuity to come up with more plausible solutions that give us longevity, likewise a vitality that leads to a virile existence.
Consequently teaching the ability to perform life better with each generation. Sharing the benefits. It requires a collaboration of wisdom to achieve. What would society look like without sedentary backsides? Sexier, stronger and more satisfied is my guess.
